Born and raised in the City of Brotherly Love, home of the Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross, and birthplace of the drafting and signing of the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, Lisa has long enjoyed involvement in the areas of law and politics.

Education
Lisa Marie Macci, a licensed attorney in four jurisdictions, has been practicing law since 1988. She is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law (Malibu, California) where she was privileged to have studied with the late Chief Justice William Rehnquist.   She also attended Penn State University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.  Prior to entering private practice, Lisa worked as outside counsel to the Trump Organization handling legal issues relating to its Atlantic City casinos, hotels, and the Trump Princess yacht. She also worked as a Municipal Court Prosecutor, then she was hired as the in-house corporate counsel to Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City. Currently, Ms. Macci's practice includes family and constitutional law, litigation and appeals.

Lisa Currently practices family law in Palm Beach and Broward County (Fort Lauderdale), Florida, including litigation, mediation, and collaborative divorce.

Achievements
Lisa has served on numerous arbitration panels including for the NASD and the Florida Lemon Law program. She has served as a Special Magistrate and Hearing Officer for various governmental entities. Lisa has also presented a number of legal seminars to other attorneys in the areas of Real Estate and Family Law and has also won precedent setting appellate decisions in the Fourth District Court of Appeal. She serves on the editorial board of the Florida Bar Journal and has served on the editorial board of several family law publications.

In addition to the foregoing, Lisa has written articles and has spoken to numerous groups on family law and family court reform.

She is also a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, and a member and volunteer of Spanish River Christian Church in Boca Raton, Florida.

Activist
As the result of the injustice and absolute travesties Lisa has experienced in the Florida courts, she, along with several other mothers and concerned women, formed a local courtwatch group called "FACTs" in 2003, so that other women and mothers going through inequitable and troubling family cases with the court system and various governmental entities have others to turn to for assistance. Since founding "FACTs", they have been able to effectively employ a Courtwatch system. "FACTs" has more than 70 volunteers and has seen amazing results for numerous individuals who were inescapably intertwined into the legal web of the court system. Lisa has spoken throughout South Florida on behalf of "FACTs", as an activist for women's and children's issues and for court and legislative reforms in litigated and mediated cases as well as collaborative divorce. She was appointed as a board member in 2004 of the NNFLP, the National Network of Family Law and Policy, a non-profit think tank and coalition of professionals, organizations and activist groups in the fields of law, psychology and academia.

The NNFLP provides support for amicus groups and advocacy for appropriate reforms in family law legislation.

In 2006, Lisa was honored by the Christian Women's Club of the Palm Beaches as "A Woman Who Makes a Difference" for unselfish dedication to the needs of others in our community, for work as an activist for mothers and children, and for her work in the field of family law.
